Creare is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and execute rigorous testing strategies for advanced electromechanical systems. This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong technical skills with sound engineering judgment and curiosity. You will design test plans, build test fixtures, and analyze results to ensure reliability and performance of cutting-edge R&D systems.
You’ll work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers and skilled technicians to validate complex systems in both lab and field environments.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and procedures based on requirements and design specifications Execute manual and automated tests for functional, integration, system, regression, and acceptance testing Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand designs, risks, and failure modes Design and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and environments Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations Support root-cause analysis and verification of corrective actions Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage Ensure compliance with applicable standards and quality systems
Professional Requirements
