Role & seniority: Product Quality Engineer; mid-level (employee) with 3–5 years of experience in quality in manufacturing.
Stack/tools: MS Office; quality methodologies and tools (PDCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA); quality planning (QPL, PDP/CPD); risk assessments and Q-Gate reviews.
Product Quality Management: maintain and improve quality across a defined product portfolio; review quality levels; support plants with quality topics; identify non-compliances.
Complaint & Problem Management: process customer complaints via PDCA; root-cause analysis; implement CAPA; lead/support international task forces; prepare 8D and other quality documentation.
Quality Planning & Development Projects: participate in development projects; define/evaluate customer and quality requirements; ensure concepts meet quality targets; contribute to FMEA and risk decisions; support Q-Gate reviews.
Technical bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Manufacturing-quality management/QA experience; knowledge of quality standards, methods, and tools.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; English and Hungarian (written and spoken); good communication; structured, reliable work style; strong MS Office skills.
