Supplier Quality Assurance Internship Location Giarmata, Romania FORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier. Tasks

• Manages the release of ISIR/PPAP documentation for both internal (intercompany) and external suppliers, ensuring completeness and compliance with quality standards;

• Monitors the validity of supplier quality certifications using HELLA-specific tools and Excel, and ensures timely updates and follow-ups when renewals are required;

• Uploads and maintains quality-related documentation in the HELLA database, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and proper version control;

• Collects and consolidates various quality data and reports from the global SQA team for use in project updates, audits, and supplier quality assessments;

• Participates in meetings with suppliers to request, review, and clarify required quality information, supporting smooth communication and alignment on quality expectations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

• Capable of collaborating effectively with cross functional teams, maintaining good communication and coordination across different departments;

• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of responsibility and quality;

• Familiarity with SAP is considered an advantage and would support daily operational activities.
