Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in QA validation to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions in the Industrial Domain (Renewable Energies). In this role, you will design, maintain, and evolve comprehensive validation plans across multiple testing layers. You will also manage multiple test environments, including virtualized and hardware-based setups, while driving automation and continuous integration practices and maintain/upgrade the existing automated test codes.

Develop, maintain, and evolve full validation plans, including, Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Non-Functional Testing (NFR) – Good to have. Maintain and execute test scenarios using virtualized environments and hardware setups to simulate end-to-end scenarios. Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects early in the lifecycle. Drive test automation initiatives using scripting/programming languages. Ensure adherence to QA best practices and foster continuous improvement in testing processes.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer. Strong expertise in QA validation and test strategy development. Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple test types. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Manual Testing Skills.
Programming knowledge for test automation: Python, Ruby
Shell Scripting: PowerShell and Bash scripting. Good to have .Net programming.
OS: Working experience with Linux Commands. Experience with source code management tools (GitLab, SVN). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) good to have. Knowledge of task management tools (Jira, Redmine). Knowledge of Containers creation/deployment and Testing (Kubernetes) is plus.
