Stack/tools: Adobe Experience Cloud testing (AEM Websites/Mobile Sites); testing for marketing clouds (Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo); Mobile native apps; SPA; test management and design; defect triage; JIRA; Azure DevOps; onsite/offshore delivery
Top 3 responsibilities: 1) Lead test management and execution; 2) design test cases and coordinate defect triage; 3) stakeholder communication and coordination across onsite/offshore teams
Must-have skills: Proven experience testing AEM websites/mobile sites; experience with at least one marketing automation platform; testing for mobile native apps and SPAs; strong test design and defect management; proficiency with JIRA and Azure DevOps; excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to operate in onsite/offshore delivery model
Nice-to-haves: Experience testing multiple marketing clouds (Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, SFMC, Marketo); prior role leading QA efforts; exposure to end-to-end marketing/website campaigns
