Position: OMS Test Manager

Location: Bethpage, NY

Type: Fulltime

Mandatory

• Test manager experience in upgrade projects. Specifically in Utilities space.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise systems testing (Like Outage Management System)
• Test strategy for manual and automated test execution
• Good understanding of Outage Management System configuration for Utilities
• Good understanding of executing tests using Client ALM/QC tools.
• Familiar with Unix Commands.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks ad work towards long term goals
• Responsible for Test planning, design and execution strategy
• Coordinate with client onsite-offshore teams with respect to schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• First point of escalation for project or Provider related issues
• Administer and manage delivery, issue resolution, timesheet reporting and crisis management
• Weekly status reporting and attend status review meetings
• Accountable for all the deliverables from the Provider and act as a liaison
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions between onsite and offshore resources and provide status to the client stake holders
• Work with key stakeholders to identify performance test requirements, understand application architecture and finalize test-scope
• Review performance test strategy & timelines
