Role & seniority: Professional Test Driver (2 openings), mid-to-senior level
Stack/tools: Data Acquisition Systems (DAS), vehicle software updates/configurations, basic on-vehicle maintenance; reporting and log capture
Drive test vehicles/buses to evaluate performance, customer readiness, and competitiveness
Prepare detailed evaluation reports, document identified issues, and capture test data/logs
Simulate real customer usage scenarios and support testing across cycles; perform basic prep and light repairs as needed
Valid EU driving license (Category D) and clean driving record
Minimum 5 years on-road test driving across multiple OEMs (including bus OEMs)
Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical engineering education (Technical College or higher)
Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and problem-solving abilities; flexible with shifts

This role plays a critical part in evaluating vehicle and bus performance, ensuring product readiness, and supporting quality validation activities. ā Position Responsibilities Inspect and verify the condition of vehicles/buses and attached materials using standard checklists before and after each shift Drive test vehicles/buses to evaluate performance, competitiveness, and customer readiness Achieve target mileage per testing standards and project gate requirements Simulate real customer usage scenarios based on market insights and real-world driving conditions Prepare detailed evaluation reports and document identified issues Identify engineering-related issues, capture logs, and collect relevant test data Perform basic vehicle/bus preparation (software updates, configurations, health checks) Conduct competitor bench-marking and performance comparison Support team operations between driving cycles Perform light maintenance and minor repairs when required
Requirements Valid EU driving license (Category D required)
