Key Responsibilities
Agile Practices: Apply Scrum, XP, Kanban, and CI/CD methodologies, collaborating with teams to adapt quickly.
Jira Management: Handle testing tasks, bug reports, and user stories within Jira for seamless communication.
Requirement Analysis: Assess software requirements for clarity, accuracy, and testability, addressing ambiguities with stakeholders.
Test Planning & Prioritization: Develop structured test cases, prioritizing them based on risk, business impact, and project needs.
Estimations & Scheduling: Provide precise test effort estimates and align QA timelines with overall project goals.
Testing Scope: Perform Functional, Regression, UI, Performance, Load, API, Usability, Compatibility, Automated, and Exploratory Testing.
Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and verify software issues, ensuring smooth resolution with developers.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in scrum meetings, sharing insights and maintaining transparent communication.
Requirements Qualifications 1-3 years of QA experience in software testing. Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira. Experience with software testing tools & best practices. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ISTQB certification or automation testing knowledge is a plus. Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
