Role & seniority: Senior QA Lead / QA Manager (team leadership, talent development, QA strategy)
Stack/tools: QA processes and methodologies; defect management (JIRA); test planning and execution; test documentation; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Lead QA activities: manage testing schedules, coordinate bug fixes with development, participate in triage/QA meetings, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes
Develop and maintain testing artifacts: test plans, test cases, test scripts, defect reports, and documentation of testing standards/strategies
