Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager – Wealth Management to lead QA initiatives for complex banking and investment platforms. This role requires deep domain expertise in wealth management systems and strong QA leadership experience within BFSI environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end QA and test management for Wealth Management applications Define and implement QA strategy, governance, and testing frameworks Manage functional, system, integration, and UAT testing activities Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, and security standards Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and test efficiency Mentor and manage QA teams across multiple workstreams Mandatory Requirements 12+ years of overall experience in QA / Testing Strong Banking / BFSI domain experience Hands-on exposure to Wealth Management platforms (investments, portfolio management, advisory, etc.) Proven experience in Test Management and QA leadership roles Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing large and distributed QA teams Local Filipino candidates only Nice to Have Experience with automation strategy and test optimization Exposure to Agile and DevOps-driven delivery models Familiarity with banking regulations impacting wealth platforms Show more Show less
