Role & seniority: Automation Engineer / mid-level (3–5 years experience); potential remote work considered at manager’s discretion
Stack/tools: DeltaV plant-wide control system; automation design, implementation, testing; documentation (functional design, configuration); support for automated systems; biotech upstream/downstream processes and tech transfer
Design, implement, and test automation changes in DeltaV for upstream/downstream biotech processes
Provide technical support for automated systems as needed
Create and maintain documentation detailing automated processes and any equipment design/operation changes
3–5 years in automation related to DeltaV control systems
Ability to design, configure, test automated processes and produce functional documentation
Experience with biotech/bioprocess operations and tech transfer is advantageous
GMP/compliance awareness
Prior experience enabling remote work or working across global teams
Location & work type: Flexible location; remote possible depending on candidate qualifications; full-time employment likely with potential on-site requirements based on project needs
