Your responsibilities Work with the global QA Practice Head to define, and lead the QA strategy across all engineering teams, ensuring best practices are implemented. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, testing methodologies, and tools. Define and track quality-related KPIs, taking actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate metrics and insights to leadership, providing clear updates on progress and challenges. Oversee manual, automated testing processes, monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices to ensure system reliability. Mentor a team of around 20 QA engineers, fostering career development. Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to them, helping them stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Develop training and learning paths for the team to enhance their testing skills and capabilities. Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality goals. Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the QA team. Your qualifications Proven experience of 10+ years in the IT field or 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles, ideally within a large engineering team. Strong hands-on expertise in QA manual and automation testing. Solid understanding of QA metrics and KPIs, with a demonstrated ability to drive improvements. Proven track record of coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Energized and proactive leader, passionate about quality and building high-performing teams. Experience in black box, white box, performance, resilience, and load testing Experience in penetration testing, and modern monitoring tools would be a plus. Experience working with large-scale live events or similar complex systems is a plus.
