The Opportunity
We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to support DevOps, simulation, and testing activities for machine-control software systems. The intern will work with on-prem and lab-based environments supporting equipment with motors and sensors, contributing to development, testing, and automation workflows using Python, C#, and C++, with guidance from experienced engineers.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and improving Bitbucket Pipelines for machine-control, simulation, and supporting software Help develop and run unit tests for control, simulation, and tooling code Support simulation environments used to model machine behavior, motors, sensors, and control logic Assist with automation of build, test, simulation, and data-processing tasks Help gather and organize data from simulations, test benches, and physical equipment Assist in debugging pipeline issues, test failures, and simulation problems Document DevOps workflows, testing processes, and simulation tools
