We are seeking a hands-on Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale data center automation solutions across infrastructure and operations.

This role focuses on

You’ll transform manual runbooks into reliable, auditable, and scalable automation, improving operational efficiency across provisioning, patching, change management, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Automation & Integration Design Service Catalogs, Workflows, Approvals, Notifications, and Flows Automate provisioning, incident, change, and request processes Integrate ServiceNow with CMDB, discovery, monitoring, and Ansible Tower/AWX Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and MID servers Maintain CMDB accuracy and CI relationships
