Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) as the primary test management platform and strong capability managing cross-module, end-to-end SAP testing. The Test Manager will operate across SAP, including SAP S/4HANA (C4C) and SAP C/4HANA and Emarsys, within a complex automotive enterprise environment.
Essential Experience (Must Have)
Proven experience as a Test Manager on large SAP S/4HANA programmes
Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for test management
Broad functional awareness across SAP modules with proven end-to-end testing leadership
Experience managing multi-stream, multi-vendor test environments
Strong test governance, defect management, and reporting capability
Desirable Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience with SAP C/4HANA (C4C)
Experience with Emarsys or similar marketing automation platforms
o Dealer networks
o Aftersales, service, or parts operations
o High-volume transactional environments
SAP Activate methodology exposure
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
