Role & seniority: Intermediate QA Engineer (contract)
Stack/tools: Java + Selenium for UI automation; mobile testing; API testing (Postman, Rest Assured); test management (JIRA, XRAY); Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Confluence); CI/tools (Jenkins, Git); cloud/mobile tools (Perfecto, SauceLabs)
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications; drive testing strategies and frameworks
Collaborate with developers, product, and business stakeholders; lead and mentor QA teams (onshore/offshore) and ensure QA best practices
Act in Agile environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros); coordinate production roll testing and tooling/infrastructure needs
6+ years in IT/QA with hands-on test automation, Agile QA practices
Strong UI automation with Java/Selenium; mobile and API testing experience
Domain knowledge of financials and securities trading instruments
Experience leading teams, excellent cross-team communication, and ability to coordinate onshore/offshore work
Familiarity with JIRA/XRAY and other Atlassian tools; basic knowledge of CI/CD tooling

QA Engineer-
As an intermediate QA Engineer you will manage QE teams delivering both manual and automated quality testing for financials and securities trading front-end applications. Your understanding of security financial data and securities trading, your experience leading testing of front-end web applications, and your collaborative yet firm approach to getting things done will be critical to your success in this role. This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on experience in test automation, mobile and API testing along with leadership capabilities to guide and collaborate with offshore teams.
