Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience 3-5 years of experience in information technology/software development with a proven ability to ensure high quality results and with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies and QA best practices. Strong hands-on experience in Java Selenium for UI automation Demonstrated knowledge of Financials and securities trading instruments offered on Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment with short sprint cycles Exposure to the Atlassian tool sets, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Experience in mobile testing and API testing using tools like postman, Rest Assured Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams Preferred BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering Experience with Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Perfecto, SauceLabs cloud, Java, Selenium
Roles & Responsibilities
