QA Manager Jacksonville, FL - Hybrid (1–2 days onsite)

Salary: $90k–$110k annually (based on experience)

We’re looking for a hands-on QA Manager with strong experience in mortgage technology to help drive testing strategy while remaining close to execution. This role blends leadership with day-to-day testing, automation, and release validation. What you’ll do Stay hands-on with manual and automated testing across software releases Lead and support QA Analysts through test planning, execution, peer reviews, and mentoring Create and execute test plans, regression testing, and complex test scenarios Design and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline Execute tests, document results, and track defects through resolution Identify quality risks early and recommend mitigation strategies Partner closely with development, product, and UAT teams to ensure high-quality releases Help evolve QA processes, standards, and best practices across the team What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing 3+ years of experience working with mortgage technology Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring QA team members Strong background in both manual and automated testing Experience writing automated test scripts Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments Comfortable working across multiple systems and environments Nice to have QA or software testing certifications Experience in improving or modernizing QA processes
