Role: Customer Care Quality Assurance (QA) Sr Specialist – German Speaker
QA monitoring systems and dashboards
Reporting tools; Zendesk (preferred)
Cross-functional collaboration with CX, Operations, Training, and CI teams
Quality Monitoring & Insights: track QA performance across outsourced hubs, identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; develop actionable insights for leadership
Coaching & Training: deliver QA training, run calibration sessions, serve as subject-matter expert on QA best practices
Process Improvement & Compliance: resolve quality issues across vendors, drive QA process enhancements with cross-functional teams, represent QA in weekly reviews
Fluent in German and English
Proven experience in customer care, QA, or vendor management (global context desirable)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and outsourced vendors
QA best-practice knowledge in customer care and vendor ops
Experience leading coaching/training sessions
Travel industry experience
Proficiency with Zendesk
Strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Based within commuting distance to Perk hubs; IRL-first, in-person collaboration 3 days/week

We are looking for a Sr Quality Specialist to join the QA Team, to bridge the gap between our HQ culture and our global BPO network. You won't just be checking numbers and marking tickets; you will be the guardian and voice of the customer on how Perk services its customers in 8 countries simultaneously. You are one of the key people who ensure that a complex travel itinerary fixed by an agent in Manila feels just as seamless as one fixed in Barcelona or Birmingham.
