Key Responsibilities: Conduct manual and automated testing across Tradify Web and Mobile applications, ensuring functional, performance, and usability quality. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts using tools like SpecFlow, Selenium, and WebDriver. Identify, document, and track bugs; perform regression testing and monitor debugging results. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Developers, QA, Product, Director) to review requirements and support release coordination. Own QA processes, track quality metrics, and support production issue analysis. Skills & Expertise: Experience testing web and mobile apps with strong knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, QA methodologies, SQL, and scripting. Hands‑on experience with automation and testing tools (SpecFlow, Selenium, Postman, Charles, Fiddler, WebDriver). Proven background in software development/QA (preferably with C#) and working within Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication skills and familiarity with bug-tracking/test‑case tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr. Bonus: Experience with Appium, CI/CD processes, performance/security testing, and holding a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field. What are we all about?
