Overview
We are seeking a solution to strengthen testing across the client’s P&C insurance ecosystem, which includes policy administration, claims processing, underwriting systems, and customer engagement platforms.
The Test Lead will be responsible for engaging with client stakeholders, identifying testing needs through strategic discussions, and enabling collaborative support from both offshore and onshore teams.
A critical aspect of this role is to identify areas for testing transformation, lead discussions with customer stakeholders, and define and drive a roadmap to implement transformation initiatives and elevate testing maturity across the program.
Key responsibilities include identifying risks and challenges, designing comprehensive and scalable test strategies, and developing reusable implementation plans that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and modernization objectives.
