We are looking for an experienced Test Automation & Performance Engineer with strong exposure to the Banking Payments and Cards domain. The role focuses on automation testing using TOSCA, performance testing using LoadRunner, and validating end-to-end workflows across payment and card-based systems. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications. 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA

• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for payment and cards applications

• Perform performance, load, stress, and endurance testing using LoadRunner

• Validate end-to-end payment and card transaction workflows

• Test cards lifecycle processes including issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, and settlement

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues to closure

• Collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders

• Prepare test strategies, test cases, execution reports, and performance analysis reports

• Support automation and performance testing best practices across projects

• 🛠️ Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Automation and/or Performance Testing

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA (mandatory)

• Strong Banking Payments & Cards domain knowledge

• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner (mandatory)

• ⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Selenium

• Exposure to JMeter

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery environments

• Experience testing high-volume, transaction-based systems
