The Credit Card Migration Test Lead will oversee end-to-end testing activities for credit card platforms within the Cards & Payments domain. The role involves managing test strategy, execution, and quality assurance during migration projects, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Extensive experience in the Cards & Payments domain, with a strong focus on credit card platforms.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end card functionalities including: Card origination. Product changes. Fraud transfers. Payment allocation. Fees and financial charges. Hands-on experience with TSYS-TS2 or similar card processing platforms. Proven success in credit card migration testing, including data validation and reconciliation. Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and transaction processing flows.
Lead and manage testing efforts for credit card migration projects. Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Validate key card lifecycle processes such as issuance, authorization, transaction posting, and settlement. Oversee defect management, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
