Define the UAT strategy, scope, timelines, and testing approach for card‑related applications and processes. Prepare and maintain UAT test plans, schedules, test scenarios, and entry/exit criteria. Coordinate UAT execution with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and operational teams. Validate end‑to‑end business processes, card lifecycle scenarios, customer journeys, and operational workflows. Manage UAT environments, ensuring test data preparation and readiness. Track UAT defects, support triage sessions, and coordinate timely defect resolution with technical teams. Provide daily/weekly UAT progress reports, dashboards, and testing metrics. Act as the primary contact for UAT governance, risk issues, and escalation management. Facilitate UAT completion, sign‑off, and proper handover to release or go‑live teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for SIT status, governance, and coordination activities. Prepare SIT progress updates, daily/weekly reports, defect metrics, and testing insights.
