Rather than traditional automation coding, you will utilize AI-driven tools to optimize test design and the development lifecycle. Please note: You must have at least 5+ years of experience as Manual QA and at least 2 years of hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Lead the execution of End-to-End (E2E), Functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across frontend and backend systems. Leverage AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate the creation of complex test scenarios, data generation, and defect analysis. Thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure quality from the requirements phase through to delivery. Identify, document, and track defects while managing test execution via tools like Jira, XRay, Zephyr, or Azure Test Plans. Perform manual API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia to ensure backend integrity without needing full automation scripts. Provide clear, highly detailed, and actionable bug reports; participate in defect triage to ensure timely resolutions. Continuously evaluate and improve testing strategies, coverage, and documentation standards to keep pace with rapid deployment cycles.
Experience
5+ years of professional QA experience with a strict focus on manual testing methodologies. Proven track record of working on Agile projects and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. Strong experience in both Backend (API) and Frontend (UI/UX) testing. Practical experience in E2E, Functional, and Regression testing. Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools to optimize manual workflows (e.g., using LLMs to brainstorm edge cases or summarize technical logs). Skilled in using QA management software (Jira, XRay, Zephyr, TestRails, or Azure Test Plans). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. ISTQB Certification: Foundation level or higher.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read/understand TypeScript or .NET code to better identify where a bug might be originating.
Cloud Exposure: Experience testing systems hosted on Azure or AWS.
AI Validation: Interest in testing AI model outputs for accuracy, bias, or "hallucinations."
