Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Tester. The Junior Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, documenting test results, and collaborating with developers to ensure product quality. Additional responsibilities include assisting in creating and maintaining test plans, verifying software functionality, and participating in team meetings to discuss testing outcomes and improvements.

Qualifications Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes, including functional, regression, and usability testing Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Attention to detail and the ability to document test results clearly Relevant educational background or certifications in software testing or related fields are a plus
