About The Role
We are looking for an entry level Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of POS applications by testing core transaction workflows and identifying defects before they reach customers. In this role you will work closely with an experienced POS specialist who will provide guidance and day-to-day training on resolving customer-reported issues, preventing payment and transaction errors, and supporting smooth daily operations for our clients.
