Senior Performance Tester – 12 Month Contract (Renewable) 📍 Hybrid | Sunninghill (2 days in-office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Tester to join a large, complex enterprise environment on a 12-month renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests

• Analyse system performance and identify bottlenecks

• Work closely with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to optimise system performance

• Produce detailed performance test reports with actionable insights

• Support performance testing across multiple platforms and environments

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in Performance Testing

• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar

• Experience in large-scale, enterprise systems

• Solid understanding of application architecture, databases, and infrastructure

• Ability to work independently and engage senior stakeholders

Contract Details

• 12-month contract (renewable)

• Hybrid model – 2 days per week in Sunninghill

• Competitive market-related rate
