Role & seniority: Experienced Software Engineer in Test (QE/SDET), ~5-8 years of experience
Stack/tools: Java-based automation; UI/API testing; Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured, Karate, Postman, JMeter; Splunk; AWS toolset; familiarity with Active Directory/LDAP; distributed systems
Develop test plans and test cases from requirements and design specs
Automate UI/API/end-to-end and reliability/scale tests; plan with engineering management; ensure zero-debt cadence
Review code, identify defects, architect future coverage, release features with high quality; respond to production/support issues during on-call
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field
5-8 years QE/SDET experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
Java automation development; strong test planning and cross-team collaboration
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, API testing tools), distributed systems at scale
Ability to write/review designs and deliver high-quality code on time
Performance testing experience
CI/CD practice experience
Experience with Office 365, Google, Salesforce, and AD/LDAP integrations

As part of the team, you’ll ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and reliability using automation at every level for fast, robust, secure releases. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working with Active Directory (AD) and familiar with group policies, AD architecture, user management, and directory services.
