Role & seniority: Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) on the Access Management Engineering (AM) team
Stack/tools: Java-based automation; API and end-to-end testing; automation tools (Selenium, TestCafe, API tools such as Rest Assured/Karate, Postman, JMeter); CI/CD; AWS toolset; Splunk; working with distributed systems at scale

The Senior SET Opportunity
We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our Access Management Engineering (AM) team. This team is passionate about delivering large-scale, mission-critical software in a fast-paced Agile environment. In this role, you'll be working with a team of highly skilled and talented engineers responsible for delivering sophisticated backend solutions that help Okta reliably operate on a large scale and be highly available. As part of the team, you’ll ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and reliability using automation at every level for fast, robust, secure releases.
What You’ll Be Doing
