Role & seniority: Quality Automation Engineer, 4–8 years experience
Stack/tools: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Performance Management); automated testing: Selenium, OATS, UFT, or Oracle Application Testing Suite; SQL; test-management: JIRA/ALM/Zephyr; Agile/Scrum; DevOps/CI-CD
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Oracle HCM modules (notably Performance Management)
Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests; document and track defects; ensure test coverage across workflows (goal setting, appraisals, feedback, talent reviews)
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts; translate requirements into test cases; generate QA metrics and support UAT
4–8 years QA and test automation experience
Hands-on with Selenium, OATS, UFT, or Oracle ATE; Oracle HCM Cloud testing experience (Performance Management)
SQL for backend data validation; familiarity with Jira/ALM/Zephyr; strong QA methodologies; Agile/Scrum experience
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s); experience with other Oracle modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation)
DevOps/CI-CD exposure; performance testing tools experience
