About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager to lead all testing activities within a large-scale SAP transformation program. The role is critical in ensuring end-to-end solution quality across SAP modules, integrations, data flows, and technical components.
As SAP Test Manager, you will own the complete testing lifecycle, from strategy definition to go-live readiness, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and govern the overall test strategy, test plans, and quality standards.
Lead and coordinate all test phases, including SIT, End-to-End testing, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
Manage and align testing activities across SAP workstreams, business teams, and external vendors.
Own defect management, including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
Ensure test environment readiness, test data availability, and effective use of test management tools.
Provide clear status reporting, risk assessments, and go-live readiness recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and support test teams, including business testers and system integrator partners.
Drive continuous improvement by increasing the level of test automation across the SAP landscape.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA programs
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and complex integration landscapes
Solid expertise in structured testing methodologies and modern test management tools
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
