Job Description
Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Design Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure execution of Conditionally Qualified supplier actions.

- Support the Lead Supplier Quality Engineer by updating Conditional Qualification plans, Incoming Inspection plans, and site-level containment plans with accuracy and thoroughness.

- Update drawing markups as directed by the Engineering leader.

- Monitor, document, and improve supplier performance and part quality, ensuring timely follow up and closure of actions.

- Perform ASL (Approved Supplier List) maintenance activities to ensure alignment with GEHC purchasing controls.

- Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to dispose defective material and engage suppliers for corrective actions.

- Assist in supplier contract negotiations in collaboration with sourcing teams.

- Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and support efficient communication and coordination.

- Use productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications to support documentation and reporting.
