Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong hands-on automation expertise in Playwright and solid experience across Robot Framework, Selenium (Java), and Python (good to have). The role requires leadership in QA delivery, test strategy, and automation governance, preferably within the Banking domain.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for digital applications Drive test automation frameworks using Playwright for web applications Hands-on contribution and review of automation using Robot Framework and Selenium with Java Guide teams on automation best practices, CI/CD integration, and test optimization Manage test teams, delivery timelines, and quality metrics Collaborate with business, development, and DevOps stakeholders Ensure high quality for Corporate Inter platforms
Mandatory Skills Strong experience as a Test Manager / QA Lead Hands-on expertise with Playwright Strong experience in Robot Framework Selenium with Java – advanced hands-on knowledge Strong understanding of test design, automation frameworks, and QA governance Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
Good to Have Python scripting experience Banking domain exposure Corporate Internet Banking Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Experience 12+ years overall QA experience 5+ years in Test Management / QA Leadership roles.
