Role & seniority: Senior QA Automation Engineer (full-time, remote project in Portugal)
Stack/tools: REST API & frontend testing; Selenium, Cypress, Playwright; BDD with Cucumber; test management with Xray; API tools Postman & Swagger; CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps; SQL Server; Jira/Confluence; English (B2 mandatory) and Portuguese (C1 mandatory)
Design, implement and maintain automated QA tests for API and frontend layers
Integrate test tools into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and contribute to test reporting
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure test coverage, participate in test planning and issue verification
5+ years as QA Engineer
Manual and automated testing experience (REST APIs and frontend)
Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright; Cucumber (BDD)

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation for a remote project in Portugal.
Higher Education in Engineering or Information Technologies. 5 years of experience minimum as a QA Engineer. Experience with manual and automated testing. Expertise testing REST APIs and frontend. Proficiency on testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress and Playwright. Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks e.g. Cucumber. Experience in test management (Xray) and reporting bugs. Experience with API tools (Postman and Swagger). Experience integrating test tools with automated CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps. Knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server. Experience with Jira/Confluence. Fluency in English (minimum B2 – mandatory). Fluency in Portuguese (minimum C1 – mandatory).
