Equipment maintenance and repair of backend semiconductor test equipment
Design, execute, and validate experiments to commission equipment performance
Technical troubleshooting to resolve complex failures; support process improvements and data-driven optimization
Actively pursuing BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science (ideally ~1 year to go)
Detail-oriented problem solving and structured reasoning
Strong verbal/written communication across levels
Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MS Office; CAD experience (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
Ability to manage multiple tasks; basic data analysis
Familiarity with Minitab and Tableau

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair backend semiconductor test equipment through hands-on electrical and mechanical interaction
Experiment Design: Develop and execute experiments to commission and validate equipment performance
Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex technical failures using structured problem-solving techniques
Process Improvement: Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize equipment performance
Data Integration: Support the integration of SPC to collect and analyze manufacturing data
CAD Documentation: Create CAD drawings, Preventative Maintenance documents, and other technical documentation
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
Internship Duration: 6-month Co-op preferred, but open to 12-week summer internships

Education: Actively Pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science, ideally completing coursework within 1 year
Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with the ability to use rational thinking to solve technical issues
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication at all organizational levels
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD or SolidWorks; familiarity with Minitab and Tableau desirable
