Role & seniority: Quality Assurance / Improvement Coordinator (mid-level)
Stack/tools: Quality Assurance/Improvement processes; data extraction from clinical/behavioral health EHR systems; dashboards and reports using spreadsheets; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; data transfer between systems
Coordinate QA/I committees (meeting notices, minutes, packets) and provide support
Conduct internal audits/inspections; prepare summary reports and feedback to departments
Perform PDSA cycles, track contractual requirements, and prepare analytical reports; support external reviews (UDS, FTCA, COA)
High School Diploma; 3–5 years in quality assurance, program management, or monitoring
Health Information Management knowledge and procedures; familiarity with health programs
Strong computer, analytical, and data-entry skills; ability to handle high-volume data
Effective written and oral communication; understanding of contracts; proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook

As a Quality Assurance /Improvement Coordinator you will assist with the coordination and implementation of the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Improvement (QI) and Risk Management programs. This position entails a flexible work schedule-generally 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, including a half hour lunch period.
