Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and automations operating 24/7 across brands
Convert manual SOPs into automated systems and integrate multiple data sources (Amazon, Shopify, internal tools)
Automate recurring workflows, deliver reporting dashboards, and surface proactive issue alerts
Must-have skills
4–6+ years building production software or automation systems
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs
Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows
Strong Python expertise

We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI agents and automations used daily across our brands and departments.
Your Mission
Design and deploy production-ready AI agents and automations that operate 24/7 across X UP Brands — reducing manual work, improving decision-making, and connecting our systems into a single intelligent operating layer.
What You Will Build
Persistent internal AI agents (e.g. "Clawbot") with access to approved internal data
Requirements
Required Experience (Must-Have)
4-6+ years building production software or automation systems Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows Strong Python experience API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration Ability to turn manual SOPs into automated systems
Strong Plus (Not Required)
