We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Experience Validation Specialist who will ensure our digital products deliver an exceptional user experience. This role goes beyond traditional functional testing—acting as a Product Experience Champion by advocating for seamless, intuitive, and high-quality interactions across our web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate is not only meticulous in identifying bugs and inconsistencies but also deeply understands user workflows, customer pain points, and business impact. They will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UI/UX designers, and customer-facing teams to validate real-world use cases to enhance product adoption. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our product experience, ensuring that every release meets our usability, accessibility, and quality standards before going live.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
Validate use cases internally to ensure they align with design intent, user expectations, and business scenarios
Conduct holistic UX reviews across workflows, personas, and configurations to ensure experience consistency
Collaborate with UX during design reviews, user story reviews, and early-stage ideation
Develop UAT scenarios and co-facilitate or observe customer UAT, capturing findings and user expectations
Conduct smoke tests after QA to confirm user-facing functionality behaves as intended
Review and advise on accessibility implications from the user experience perspective
Analyze product behavior using Google Analytics, New Relic, Google Tag Manager, and other internal data sources
Query usage and adoption data to detect friction, unexpected behaviors, and opportunities for improvement
Document all findings, insights, and experience gaps and log unresolved issues in Jira
Deliver clear, concise summaries and readouts that support Product, UX, and Engineering decision-making
Support post-release validation by assessing the live production experience and monitoring real-world usage
Provide ongoing feedback loops across squads to ensure customer outcomes remain central to delivery
Assist squads by contributing customer insights, observed pain points, and experience risks during feature definition
Track and validate business outcomes associated with key use cases and enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & WORK TRAITS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from usage patterns, quantitative data, and user behavior
Comfortable running and interpreting event tracking, tags, and product data through Google Tag Manager and GA
Detail-oriented with strong observational skills for identifying friction, usability issues, and configuration-dependent behavior
Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of translating observations into clear, actionable insights
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, UX, QA, and cross-functional squads
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and advocating for the end user

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
REQUIRED
