Director of Community Services and Quality Assurance
The Director of Community Services and Quality Assurance oversees all community services programs provided by Harc, including but not limited to Individual Home Supports, Community Companion Homes, Respite, and Recreation. This position ensures that Harc remains on the cutting edge of service delivery, develops services innovation, builds positive community relationships and resources, and ensures Harc’s overall mission is pursued. The Director leads the community services team and ensures that people supported by Harc lead lives of quality, inclusion and dignity by building and supporting the team to help people build a great life.
The Director leads and guides a team of dedicated staff members, providing specialized training and ensuring best practices in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Leadership and communication skills will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and enriching environment for both participants and staff. The Director will assist the community services programs' budget, staffing and operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, ADP, Therap, and various software and databases.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Developmental Services Medication Administration Certification card.
