🔍 What is your role? Operate, maintain, and further develop complex experimental and validation systems. Take ownership of assigned systems, ensuring reliable operation, continuous improvement, and efficient troubleshooting. Contribute to the development and optimization of hardware and software environments used for testing and validation. Work with real-time platforms and automation frameworks to execute and monitor test activities. Analyze system behavior, identify root causes of issues, and implement robust, long-term solutions. Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and R&D stakeholders across multiple disciplines. Develop tools, procedures, and documentation to standardize workflows and improve overall quality and efficiency.
📚 Who are we looking for? Engineering degree with a focus or strong interest in mechatronics, electromechanics, or systems engineering. Already have a first full working experience in an industrial environment. Solid programming skills. Knowledge of control systems, system dynamics, and high-voltage or power-related applications. Comfortable working at the interface of hardware and software. Structured and methodical approach to problem solving. Able to coordinate activities across teams and disciplines. Clear communication skills and fully proficient in English.
