We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a dynamic, product-focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions through both manual and automated testing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and a US-based Quality Lead to design effective testing strategies and continuously improve QA processes.
Key Responsibilities Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Review system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across projects Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the lifecycle Perform thorough regression testing after defect resolution Collaborate with a US-based Quality Lead to develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify and validate system requirements Monitor debugging results and investigate the root causes of defects Support users in implementing solutions for non-conforming software Track and analyze QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts Stay current with modern testing tools, frameworks, and QA best practices
