Evaluate and pilot new test automation tools and technologies; embed quality early in the lifecycle

8+ years software QA experience; 2+ years hands-on Playwright + TypeScript (plus Selenium or similar) for UI/API testing
API testing with Swagger; CI/CD familiarity; Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong analytical thinking; English proficiency; capable of remote collaboration; experience with regression, exploratory, and smoke testing
Interest in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and hands-on use

The role We are looking for a quality-driven Senior QA Engineer (m/f/d) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through strategic test planning, automation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in embedding quality early in the development lifecycle and continuously improving our QA processes and tool landscape.
What we are looking for Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript plus experience with Selenium, or similar for both UI and API testing Familiarity with Swagger for API documentation and test preparation Experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) Understanding of agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban) Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills Ability to work effectively in fully remote teams – proactive communication and coordination Experience with test strategies such as regression testing, exploratory testing, and smoke testing Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken) Interest in and initial hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, AI-assisted test generation)
