Top 3 responsibilities

  • Lead technical quality engagements with key accounts in China/Taiwan; primary contact for quality inquiries, escalations, and QBRs.

  • Perform hands-on FA on optical modules; drive root-cause analysis and 8D reporting for manufacturing and reliability issues.

  • Integrate customer requirements into QMS, manage PCNs, ensure adherence to customer scorecards and PPM targets; orchestrate cross-functional teams to qualification plans and reliability risk assessment; provide executive-level quality health updates.

Must-have skills

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in Quality/Product/Customer-facing Engineering; 7+ years in Key Account/Regional Customer Quality.

What You Can Expect Customer Relationship Management: Lead technical quality engagements for key accounts in China and Taiwan. Act as the primary point of contact for quality inquiries, escalations, and quarterly business reviews (QBR). Technical Failure Analysis (FA): Perform hands-on, first-level FA on optical modules (including Visual Inspection, CSAM, Curve Tracing, and TDR). Drive root-cause analysis and 8D reporting for manufacturing and reliability-related issues. Quality Advocacy & Compliance: Integrate customer-specific requirements into Marvell’s Quality Management System (QMS). Manage Product Change Notices (PCNs) and ensure adherence to customer scorecards and PPM targets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Reliability) to execute qualification plans, assess reliability risks, and improve product yield and Turn-Around Time (TAT). Strategic Reporting: Provide executive-level briefings on customer quality health, crisis status, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Professional Background Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a leading university. Experience: 10+ years in Quality, Product, or Customer-facing Engineering, with at least 7+ years specifically in Key Account/Regional Customer Quality. Domain Expertise: Proven background in semiconductor manufacturing (Assembly/Test) with a focus on Optical Modules, Networking, or ASICs. Technical Skills Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of SMT, Bumping manufacturing, and material analysis (solder paste, underfill, flux residues). Failure Analysis: Proficiency in optical component-level FA and debugging from component to application level. Hardware Literacy: Experience reviewing PCB layouts and schematics. Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to track quality metrics and scorecards.
