AutoCAD, the leading software for Computer-Aided Design, is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer in Test intern to join our team to work on the test automation project for AutoCAD Toolset products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn automation harness and test cases development with AI Tools, software automation process and agile process in software industry while guided by experienced automation developers. You will also learn about Autodesk flagship products: AutoCAD and Toolsets. Responsibilities Understand different automation frameworks Understand different automation test cases Create different automation test cases Use Jenkins pipeline to test the test cases to make sure they are stable Document the technical details for future reference Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027 Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms Experience of working with languages like C++/C#/Java/Python etc Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies Internship duration: 22 June - 4 December 2026, 6 months full-time Preferred Qualifications Passion for developing robust software and writing maintainable code Keen interest in learning new tools and technologies Experience using AI powered IDEs (Cursor, Copilot, etc) Flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task between projects Fluent oral and written communication skills in English language Self-motivated with positive attitude #LI-AA1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
