Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for complex web applications
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java
• Work with Playwright, Selenium, and Robot Framework for test automation
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and maintain automated testing within Jenkins and GitHub workflows
• Ensure end-to-end, regression, integration, and functional test coverage
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects
• Define and implement QA best practices, standards, and automation strategies
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and design discussions
• Maintain test documentation and track defects using Jira and Confluence
• Monitor and improve automation reliability, stability, and execution time
• Maintain test environments and manage test data effectively
• Continuously enhance test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts
• Leverage AI-powered IDEs and emerging tools to improve testing efficiency
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
• Contribute to improving overall product quality and release confidence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• A solid foundation with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automation suites for complex web applications.
• Proven ability to develop automated tests using Java.
• Familiarity with leading Automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Robot Framework
• Experience on the implementation, deployment and maintenance of the Automation Testing pipelines within CI/CD pipelines
• A strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
