Own end-to-end testing for assigned projects; define plans, strategy, timelines; ensure quality deliverables
Design, develop, maintain automation frameworks; integrate automated tests into CI/CD; drive automation coverage and efficiency
Oversee manual/functional testing (regression, system, integration, UAT); lead defect lifecycle and stakeholder reporting; mentor the automation team
Must-have skills
Hands-on automation with Java, Selenium, RestAssured; Cucumber-based BDD
CI/CD integration and test automation framework design
Strong SQL knowledge; experience with Jira and SDLC/tools; excellent communication and stakeholder management

Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium WebDriver & RestAssured(API testing). Expertise in BDD frameworks using Cucumber. Experience with TestNG / Junit. Knowledge of Maven/Gradle, Git/BitBucket(Version Control), Jenkins(CI/CD tool). Knowledge of test case management tools like Xray, Qmetry or Zephyr. Strong Understanding of SQL. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands on a SDLC tools like Jira.
Leadership & Soft Skills Strong ownership mindset with high accountability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. Proven experience leading testing teams in complex projects.
