Role & seniority: Software QA Engineer; mid-level position (1–4 years in QA) within a multinational IT services context
Stack/tools: Java or Python (basic), REST/SOAP web service testing (Postman/SoapUI), basic SQL, understanding of QA fundamentals; exposure to CI/CD concepts (e.g., Jenkins) and Agile (asset)
Review requirements to define test scenarios and test cases; design/maintain test data
Execute manual tests; contribute to automated test creation/execution; report progress and defects
Collaborate with developers to improve software quality; support CI/CD quality practices and continuous improvement
Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
1–4 years in Software Testing/QA
Basic programming knowledge (Java or Python)
Experience testing Web Services (REST/SOAP) with Postman or SoapUI
Basic SQL and solid understanding of testing fundamentals; English proficiency
Familiarity with Jenkins or CI/CD concepts
Agile development experience
Experience on large/distributed projects; basic cloud/container knowledge

About the role... We are currently seeking for a Software QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.
What you will do... Reviewing and analyzing requirements to help define test scenarios and test cases Designing and maintaining test cases and test data Executing manual test cases and contributing to automated test creation and execution Reporting test progress, defects, and results clearly and consistently Collaborating closely with developers and other team members to improve overall software quality Supporting CI/CD quality practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Skills required... Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-4 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related role Basic knowledge of a programming language used in software testing, such as Java or Python Experience testing Web Services (REST and/or SOAP) using tools such as Postman or SoapUI Basic knowledge of relational database queries Understanding of software testing fundamentals and different testing levels Good command of English, both written and spoken
