Role & seniority: Manufacturing assembler/inspector (entry to mid-level) in a production environment
Stack/tools: Basic hand tools and machinery; no software required
Assist in testing layflat hoses (pressure testing and inspection)
Cut, fit, and assemble hose components; operate tools under supervision
Inspect hoses/fittings for quality, maintain clean/organized shop area, support team to maintain workflow; follow safety protocols
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions
Good physical stamina, ability to stand for long periods, lift/pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork and communication
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
Familiarity with safety standards and shop best practices

Job Description: Assembling, pressure testing, and inspecting layflat hoses to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers, in a very fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and willing to learn. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the testing of layflat hoses Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Help in cutting, fitting, and assembling hose components Inspect hoses and fittings for quality and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area Support team members in various tasks to ensure efficient workflow Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not required Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good physical stamina and overall fitness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills
