Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience working in a display test development technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. 3 years of experience with data analysis in an optics/optoelectronics research and development or manufacturing environment. Experience with display metrology, color science, visual perception, and image analysis algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP). 5 years of experience in display systems testing, calibration, image analysis, and familiarity with machine vision systems. Experience deploying, validating, and debugging display hardware test systems. Experience with microLED or other emissive display technologies and low-noise electrical measurements. Experience in test software development and scripting using tools like Python and SQL. Experience in statistical data analysis and modeling using JMP or Minitab.
